Metal Fabrication:

The process by which stock and custom sized material (ie: bar, pipe, tube, plate, sheet metal and many others) are cut, sheared, coped, fitted, rolled and welded to replicate a design drafted most often by architects and engineers. This fabrication process is usually produced as a finished product with various types of finishes and polishes in mind.

We are unique in the fact that every step of the metal fabricating process begins and ends in our shop.

We produce our own bid estimates and engineered shop drawings as well as perform our own project management, field measuring, purchasing, fabrication (i.e.: bending, welding, polishing, grinding, finishing) and installation. It is important to us that our customers understand that we are not a brokerage firm. We do not sell any portion of our contract to outside sources.

Jerico Metals fabricates handrails, guardrails, glass composite railings, stainless steel railings, aluminum railings, bronze railings, wrought iron railings, sun-shades and ornamental non-ferrous metals with special polished, powder coated and painted finishes.
